Best Green Residential Renovation Project – VSBN
We are honored to have won “best green residential project” for our green renovation of a late 1800’s home in Crozet. This renovation project was centered on energy efficiency and conservation. While we added a kitchen and second floor office space to the square footage and volume of the home, we also were able to cut their electric bills by 56%. This is a great example of what is possible with the right team of building scientists, architects, and builders.
