Peace be with you on this 10th Anniversary

On this day we look back and remember those that passed on 9/11. Some were just trying to do their jobs to get a paycheck to support their families. Some were cleaning the building. Some were sitting at their computers checking Facebook. Some were having conversations. Some were serving others. Some died doing what they loved and did not have a second thought running in as others ran out. All were taken too soon in a world caught up in hate and violence. In the past ten years, my thoughts of revenge have changed to hope for peace. Too many have died since and I fear too many will die in the coming weeks, months, and years. I am very proud to live in a country that protects our freedom, in a country where brave men and women are willing to lay down their lives to protect my way of life. I am honored to be an American. I wish you all peace on this somber anniversary. May you all enjoy your family, friends, and freedom on this 10th anniversary.
