The Church Street Townhomes project, developed by Habitat for Humanity of the New River Valley, features seven attached townhomes. There are two 1,500 sf, one-and-a-half-story units with first floor bedrooms and zero step entrances, and there are five 1,500 sf, two-story interior units. It is designed to be completely accessible for those with all abilities and the homes are Earthcraft and Energy-Star certified. This partnership with Habitat for Humanity of the New River Valley is one of the ways we extend our mission out into the world, that through design we can build a better community.
