Old Farm Road Renovation

The Old Farm Road Renovation was a traditional ranch home when we arrived that had not been updated in decades. Our goal was to modernize the home and adapt it into a lifetime home. The features desired included an open kitchen and living space that had lots of light and access to the rear courtyard. We also wanted to add an in-law suite while improving the overall aesthetics. The homeowner needed a larger master suite and an interior pool for therapy. The existing house was neglected and had considerable termite damage which added to the renovation complications. We worked hard with the homeowner to develop a home that fit the neighborhood, addressed their aesthetic goals, and included all the amenities desired. The end result is an incredible home that allows for entertaining, quiet contemplation, formal and informal gatherings, and the ability to have live-in care.
