Old Town Harrisonburg Renovation Update

Old Town Harrisonburg’s Franklin Street has seen a lot of renovation and addition work over the last 10 years. It is a highly desirable location close to downtown with a distinct residential feel. The problem is, these old homes were designed for a different way of living with many rooms that are closed off from one another. So when the homeowners of this Franklin Street home moved in, they started updating their beautiful old home to a more modern floor plan. This stage of the renovation project includes a new kitchen, laundry room, storage, and rear deck. Herr & Co. is making great progress so far even with all the wet weather.
