Caitlin Morgan is an artist from Rockingham County with a fierce passion for architecture and history. While pursuing a degree in Architectural Design from James Madison University, Caitlin began volunteering at the Virginia Quilt Museum in downtown Harrisonburg to nurture her love for historic architecture and meeting new people. Little did she know that her time volunteering as a docent and shopkeeper would blossom into an interest in quilting and quilt restoration. After graduating from JMU in May 2020 with a BFA in Architectural Design and a minor and studio art, Caitlin expanded her artistic interests into graphic design while working to improve her quilting skills.

Working as an architecture intern with the Gaines Group Architects has only improved Caitlin’s eye for detail and loves the finished look of crisp lines and smooth edges, whether on a floorplan or a quilt top. Every piece by See More Co. is handmade by Caitlin, and she loves being able to share her love of sewing with her friends, family, and community. When she’s not quilting, you can find Caitlin at the front desk at the Virginia Quilt Museum or spending time with her husband, Cole.

You can view Caitlin’s collection of quilted crafts on December 3rd at the Christmas at the Depot celebration!
