Depot coloring contest sponsored by Gaines Group Architects

It is time to show off your Depot coloring contest entries! Starting tomorrow, December 1st, at noon, bring in a finished Depot coloring contest page and get a Gaines Group flashlight (while supplies last). Each coloring page with a name and email address on the back will also be entered for a chance to win $25 Harrisonburg Downtown Dollars. I will be at the Depot in the R.S. Monger and Sons window and door showroom tomorrow from noon – 6pm to accept your entries. You can also pick up a Depot coloring contest page at the event tomorrow.

There is plenty to do downtown during the Winter Wonderfest! You should plan a visit to the art market at Larkin Arts from noon – 6pm, photos with Santa at Hardesty Higgins Visitor’s Center from 1pm – 3pm, Polar Express at 4:30 in Court Square Theater (shop at a downtown retailer during the Winter Wonderfest and get into the show for free), Caroling throughout downtown, and the Grinch will be on the prowl. It sounds like an incredible day of fun downtown starting at the Depot!

The drawing for the coloring contest winner will take place after our First Friday Art Opening on December 7th. Please join us at the opening for Santa, music by Red Wing Academy, artwork by Eastern Mennonite School Interact Club students, and cookies before you head to the Harrisonburg Holiday Parade.
