Ironwood Ridge

“Ironwood Ridge” is a mountain chalet at Massanutten Resort with floor to ceiling windows that capture the views of the slopes, mountains, trees, and animals. Defined by bold exterior cladding and vibrant interior color palette this home has an open kitchen, dining, and living room space bathed in natural light. The deck wraps around to a screen porch that hides the hot tub in the back of the home. The design goal was to allow for family to come together and enjoy each other, but also to have spaces for rest and relaxation. Outdoor living is a core feature of the home expanding the livable areas. The expansive screen porch provides shaded protection on the hot days while the large deck gives the perfect place to enjoy the views on a crisp fall morning.
