Modern House on a Hill making progress
Work has continued on this modern house on a hill just outside of Harrisonburg city. The finishes on the exterior are building installed and the interior is insulated. The spaces are taking their shape and you can get a real sense for how this house will finish. The exterior finishes include wood, EIFS, and Stone.
The interior will be very comfortable with this insulation package installed by Elite Insulation. Sealing up all the cavities coupled with the continuous exterior insulation package will make this home envelope energy-efficient.
The screened porch and custom deck stairs are striking on the rear of the home.
The pool installation is in process and set the stage for the exterior landscaping that will be installed after construction. This will be a wonderful retreat.
The front porch will be seamless with the recessed beam and light columns.
The views from the inside are beautiful. I love this building site.
